Household issues

I just read a news story with this headline, although I'll spare you the gross details. Here is the title and first line:

Fla. Man Kills Roommate Over Toilet Paper

MOSS BLUFF, Fla. - A man accused of fatally beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and a claw hammer because there was no toilet paper in their home has been arrested.

To quote my good friend, "Woah."

ESFP

I recently got the results of my Myers-Briggs test for the class I'm taking and I'm officially an ESFP (Extroverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving), though I would like to point out that I am border line extra/intro-verted. I guess the results are not all too surprising. What I'd really like to know is, how did this 15-minute online test cost me $30?

Other ESFPs: Arsenio Hall, Mary Lou Retton, Kevin Spacey, Al Pacino, Bob Hope, Eva (thank goodness not zsa zsa) Gabor, Tim the Toolman Taylor

A day up Green Mountain or Another Reason Why Boulder is Great

Instead of watching the superbowl today (what's the point if the Pats aren't playing?), I drove 10 minutes from my house and did an 8-mile hike up and down Green Mountain. God, Boulder is great. Green Mountain is I think the 3rd highest peak in Boulder. I started at the trailhead by Bear Mountain Rd or something like that. This was actually the first hike I ever did in Boulder way back in Fall 04, but I had turn around about a mile from the summit because of approaching (well I guess they were above me by then) thunderstworms. This time, I just had to battle the cold and wind. The last half of the hike up was pretty challenging and I certainly got a great work out. I stayed up at the summit just long enough to get frost nip on my fingers.

A great hike, so close to home. Can't beat that! Now if someone could figure out how to get the ocean out here, that would be great. I'll have to write about Chinese New Year dinner next time. Peace!
